In one of the weirder stories we’ve heard, an Uber passenger this past week was thrown out of a ride after wiping her nose - and snot - on a driver’s seat cover. Stephanie Young, the passenger, was belligerent from the start and shouted at the driver, Michelle Jennings, when she got in the car.

Young, who is white, was heard saying to Jennings, who is black, “you’re kicking me out just because I don’t have the same skin color as you, b***h.”

When Jennings pulled the car over, Young began swinging wildly at Jennings and even pulled out a chunk of her hair. The altercation escalated and Jennings was forced to get out of her car.

Lyft has announced the Jennings is banned for life from using the ride sharing app again. In a statement, the company said, “any kind of violence on the platform is a betrayal of Lyft values and policies.”
